The Reader
As a lifelong engineer, Brian has always loved science and math and just being an all-around nerd. Now a young-at-heart retiree, he finally has the time to make a dent in that giant “To Read” pile.
He’s completely serious all the time and never has a Dad pun at the ready. Of all the inventions of the last 100 years, he finds the dry erase board the most remarkable.

The Artist
Kam is the cryptid at the center of the Speculative Collective’s mythology. You can summon them by laying out a circle of Blackwing pencils and chanting the names of watercolour paints. Ze’ev has been reading spec-fic for as long as he can remember and for that, he blames his mother. It’s probably why he ended up with a career in computers and IT, too.
